MASTER GROUP SRL, owner of the app "YES ITALY" as data controller pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016 - General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") in compliance with the obligations imposed by the legislator for the protection of privacy, hereby wish to inform you in advance, both of the use of your personal data and of your rights, by communicating the following:

D) RECIPIENTS The data will be disclosed exclusively for the purposes indicated above to the internal staff units competent in this regard and also to external collaborators in charge of their processing, the list of which is available at the headquarters of the owner.

E) TRANSFERS There are no transfers of personal data to recipients outside the European Union.

F) DATA RETENTION All personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, relevance and proportionality, only in the manner, including computer and telematic, strictly necessary to pursue the purposes described above. In any case, personal data will be stored for a period of time not exceeding that strictly necessary to achieve the purposes indicated. Personal data for which storage is not necessary or for which storage is not provided for by current legislation, in relation to the purposes indicated, will be deleted or transformed into anonymous form.
